Entry in the Automobile Market

Entered the two-wheeler spare parts market, marking the beginning of the group’s journey in the automotive industry.

1983

Commencement of Trading Operations

Commenced trading operations and began selling to small local dealers around the outskirts of Delhi, laying the foundation for today’s Pan-India network.

Pan India Network Development

Began looking beyond the small regional area and our founders began travelling the country to explore all markets small and big to create a distribution network.

Shifted operations to a larger corporate building, which continues to serve as the group’s corporate office and primary operations hub.

Expansion & Diversification into Hospitality

Entered a major expansion phase and diversified into the hospitality sector with the launch of the group’s first hotel.

Launch of STN & Product Portfolio Expansion

Expanded the product portfolio to over 10,000 products and launched the brand STN.

Entry into Manufacturing & Four-Wheeler Segment

Manufacturing Plant Commissioned
